Ingredients (one person):
1 bag of Iced Tea Icy Green
8 white peach wedges
8 mango wedges
24 cl of neutral Vodka
Crushed ice
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
Pour 500 ccs of hot water at 80°C over the Icy Green sachet and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. In each termoresistant glass muddle the mango, peach and cane sugar. Add ice and pour over the vodka and still-hot tea. Garnish with a few slices of mango and serve.
