Prices and VAT

The prices indicated on the website are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are excluded.

Payments made via:

  • Credit cards via the Visa and Mastercard networks;

All transactions are processed through a secure server, guaranteeing customers on the website maximum credit card security. For orders placed via PayPal, the payment amount is held for 7 days, during which time La Via del Tè may proceed to cancel the order if necessary. For all other payment methods, the value date for the credit or debit corresponds to the payment execution date.

Payment by bank transfer

You can also make payment by bank transfer using the following details:

Reason for the bank transfer

Please state the order number in the payment reference.

Payment processing and order handling times
  • The bank transfer can take 3 to 5 business days to go through;
  • Any days between sending the order and actually making the payment should be added to these timeframes;
  • The shipment will only be made after the payment has been confirmed.

If the payment isn't received within 10 days of the order confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled.
