Ingredients (4 people):
1 bag of Iced Tea Red Passion
2 Passion fruit
Crushed ice
120 ml of sparkling water
Pour 500 ccs of hot water at 90°C over the Red Passion teabag and leave to infuse for 7 minutes. Extract the passion fruit pulp and divide it into the termoresistant glasses. Add the ice cubes, the sparkling water and pour the still-hot infused tea. Stir and serve it chilled.
