Tea and infusions

Tea comes from the leaves of Camellia sinensis, a plant cultivated in Asia for millennia. It is the processing that determines whether it becomes green, black, white, oolong or pu erh. Infusions and herbal teas follow a different path: they contain no tea leaves, but a selection of medicinal plants, flowers and fruit, and are caffeine-free.
