Rooibos

A shrub from South Africa, though commonly called "red tea" it has no relation to the tea plant and contains no caffeine: rooibos has a soft, rounded and naturally sweet flavour that makes it popular even with children. Excellent hot, cold, with honey or with a splash of milk.
