Fine semi-oxidized tea from Taiwan, with a light fermented profile similar to some green teas. Fine harvest of a bud and two small leaves, artisanally processed for an elegant, smooth and aromatic infusion. Among the most appreciated specialties of Taiwan, the name derives from the place of production: Ting Ting (or Dong Ding) mountain, “Frozen Peak”, in the Nantou region.
