Chun Mee

Chun Mee is one of the most famous Chinese green teas, produced in large quantities and recognizable by its slightly twisted leaves shaped like “old man’s eyebrows.” Traditionally cultivated in the provinces of Anhui, Fujian, and Hunan, it dates back to the Ming era. The leaves, harvested throughout the spring, release a slightly herbaceous, fresh, and lively flavour when infused. It is appreciated for its low caffeine content and antioxidant properties.
