Pi Lo Chun

Semi-oxidized tea from the mountains around Lake Taihu, in Jiangsu province, a place of extraordinary beauty, shrouded in persistent mist and surrounded by peach, plum and apricot trees, which seem to give the tea unique aromatic characteristics. The tea has been known as “Spring Jade Spirals” since the 1700s, during the Manchu dynasty. Spring harvest of a bud and two leaves, entirely hand-processed by skilled artisans.
