Kabusecha

Produced in Japan, in Miyazaki Prefecture, this tea is made in limited quantities through careful and meticulous processing that enhances its territorial identity. Kabusecha literally means “shaded tea”: the leaves are harvested after about 10 days of shading, a technique that enhances the characteristic umami flavour in the cup.
 Exceptionally fragrant and highly enjoyable, it delights with its sweet, enveloping taste enriched by a refined umami note that adds depth and persistence. In the cup it evolves elegantly, revealing new aromatic nuances with every sip and offering a dynamic, harmonious and surprising experience.
