Organic white tea from the Sakhenjung plantation at about 2000 m in the Ilam Valley, in eastern Nepal. Silvery and velvety leaves, rich in buds, hand-picked and processed. A delicate infusion with a floral heart and light vegetal and vanilla notes, expression of a territory protected by mountains and biodiversity, to be savored slowly.
