Yin Zhen white tea, “Silver Needles,” is one of the rarest and most prized teas in the world. Produced in a limited quantities, it is composed exclusively of spring apical buds still covered in soft silvery down. Once reserved for the Emperor and symbolically linked to the phoenix, it offers a pale and delicate infusion, with a floral aroma and a naturally sweet, lingering finish.
