A fine white tea, hand-harvested in spring. Pai Mu Tan, meaning “White Peony,” is composed of apical buds and young leaves and represents a refined picking following that of the renowned Yin Zhen. Compared to the latter, it offers a more pronounced and structured taste, while maintaining elegance, delicacy and a refined aromatic profile.
