Organic Shincha Homare

First harvest Japanese green tea, intense and fresh with umami notes and persistent sweetness. Tea bushes are shaded for 16 days before harvest, grown in Kagoshima prefecture, among the Kirishima mountains. The term Shincha (literally “new tea”) indicates spring freshness, once reserved for emperors and nobility. The use of a Kyushu teapot with a side handle and short, progressive multiple infusions is recommended, according to the Japanese method.
