Extraordinary tea from endemic cultivars of Xishuangbanna, base ("Mao Cha") for the production of Sheng Pu Erh. Leaves selected for natural fermentation and aging over time, offering high-quality raw material and elegant, intense and complex infusions. Processing includes brief withering, pan-firing to stop oxidation, shaping and handling of the leaves, and finally sun-drying. The leaves remain green and the final flavor retains the typical complexity of green teas.
