Maojian Yellow

Rare yellow tea with long, twisted leaves, with golden and downy tips. Smooth, with a floral and fruity fragrance, slightly sweet. The hand processing is similar to that of green tea, but includes the “yellow sealing” step, a light micro-fermentation (10%–20%) that reduces its astringency and vegetal aromatic profile, enhancing its roundness and complexity. It is also suitable for multiple infusions, according to Eastern tradition.
