One of the famous “Ten Teas” of China, Lung Ching or Longjing- Dragon well- is named after a legend of a benevolent dragon that brought rain during a long drought. So highly esteemed that it was granted imperial tea status in the 17th century, it is still hand-processed and pan-fired in metal woks. The taste is sweet and harmonious, with light toasty notes and remarkable elegance.
