Oolong Atarajo

Rare Japanese Oolong from Kagoshima prefecture, at the foot of the Sakurajima volcano, with notes of vanilla and light toasted hints. The processing is artisanal; Japanese Oolongs are a rarity: hand-picked leaves of the Benifuki cultivar undergo moderate oxidation (8–12%) and light roasting, preserving floral aromas. In the cup it is creamy, sweet and refined, also ideal for multiple infusions according to the Eastern method.
